Free Shipping Policy
• We offer free shipping to most countries and regions on orders over €60, including France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Sweden, Austria, and other European countries. This free shipping policy does not apply to Iceland.
• If the shipping address is in Iceland, a shipping fee of at least €100 will apply.

Order Preparation
After receiving your order information, we will begin processing your order immediately.
Order processing normally takes 2–10 business days. Some customized lighting products may require additional processing time. After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and tracking website.

Taxes and Duties for Fastest Shipping: For orders shipped using the Fastest Shipping service, applicable customs duties and import taxes are included in the shipping fee and will be covered by us. Customers will not be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.
